Teens today face a lot of issues, which can cause them to react in undesirable ways as they try to cope with feelings that arise for them. Do they struggle with coping skills ? Group for Therapists

One of the best ways to develop professionally and personally is to participate in a training process group. The main goals of these groups are to use the group process to explore and understand one's intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships and to learn about group dynamics and both the leader and member roles. These are online long-term, slow-open, unstructured groups.
